Avery House B&B is open for the 2023 season until late October. Before you make a reservation, please be sure to take a look at the important details regarding deposits, cancellations, etc. here. The following are our rates for the 2023 season, plus HST and MAT:
- The Vignette Room: $199
- The Autumn Room: $219
- The Bahama Suite: $259
- The Aerie Suite: $279
- The Cocoa Beach Suite: $289
- The Sanctuary Suite: $299 +$75 per night for use of fold-out couch (sleeps up to 3 guests)
We take one-night only stays on Sunday through Thursday. On most Fridays and Saturdays, we have a two-night minimum, unless there is a hole on our calendar, or a last-minute cancellation. If you enter your dates below, any one-night options will appear. We do have a two-night minimum if you request two twin beds in The Autumn Room or The Sanctuary Suite.
