Availability and Reservations.

Avery House B&B is typically open from early May through late October.  Before you make a reservation, please be sure to take a look at the important details regarding deposits, cancellations, food allergies, etc. here.  The following are the current rates for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, before taxes:

• The Tiny Room: $199
• The Autumn Room: $229
• The Bahama Suite: $269
• The Aerie Suite: $289
• The Cocoa Beach Suite: $299
• The Sanctuary Suite: $319

We typically have a two-night minimum.  Depending on the season, we may open the calendar for one-night-only stays in some rooms, or shift to a three-night minimum.  If you enter your dates below, any rooms that meet your criteria will appear; if no rooms are displayed, it means that we have no availability that meet your needs.  The Autumn Room and The Sanctuary Suite can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds.  Three-night minimum for twin bed set-up.

Please note that our cancellation policy has changed.  We recommend Travel Insurance for all visitors to Stratford.
